With the movie coming up soon (only 120+ days away!) we thought it would be fun to see how much you’ve all retained from the Twilight Saga books and  movie!  Join in on the fun, flaunt your Twilight Saga knowledge and maybe wake up a few of those brain cells from their summer slumber in the process!

Twice a week (on Tuesdays and Thursdays) we’ll post five (5) Twilight quiz questions and to play all you need to do is pm your answers to the questions to Flo/Corco66 AND  Drea/Drea268 –please do not post answers; if you post them you may be helping out your competition!  We will post the previous quiz answers as we post the new quiz.  MVSers who answer all five questions correctly will be entered in a monthly drawing to win a “fang-tastic” Twilight prize package! If you get all five correct on Tuesday and Thursday then you have two chances to win that week! The more you play the better your odds!

Good afternoon Twilighters and welcome to the first MVS Twilight Trivia Challenge!  

Twice a week (on Tuesdays and Thursdays) we’ll post five (5) Twilight quiz questions and to play all you need to do is PM your answers to the questions to Flo/Corco66 AND Drea/Drea268 – please do not post answers; if you post them you're only helping out your competition! Tuesdays will feature more generic trivia questions and then on Thursdays we'll ramp up the difficulty a bit by asking you to identify a quote from the book.  In August we'll really turn up the heat and ask you to identify both the character that corresponds with the quote and the book in which it appeared!

When PMing your answers to us please include the Challenge # or even better just cut and paste the questions into a PM and then answer them. The Challenge # will always precede the first question.  We will post the previous quiz answers as we post the new quiz, along with the names of those MVSers who answer all five questions correct. Anyone who gets all five questions correct will be entered in a monthly drawing to win a “fang-tastic” Twilight prize package! As an added bonus, if you get all five questions correct on both Tuesday and Thursday you'll earn two earn two chances to win!

Challenge #1 - July 21, 2009
1) When Bella first arrives in Forks, how does she describe it?

2) In what order does Bella meet the other students in Forks?  

3) Edward tells Bella that he and Emmett are going camping in Goat Rocks.  When Bella asks her dad about this place, he says it is dangerous because of which animal?

4) Bella tries to read both "Sense and Sensibility" and "Mansfield Park", but stops reading both.  Why?

5) In what year, and where, did Carlisle find Edward, and what was he dying from at the time?
