CHECK WHO'S CHATTING

Here’s a quick rundown on how this works.

What’s the chat room for?

The chat room is a nice way to get everyone together in one place and have a live
conversation on the spot. No waiting for people to respond back to our posts in the forum.

Where can I find the chat room?

You should know that there are now two ways to access the chat room.

1.) A Link to the chat is located on the Home page.
2.) Another link is located above in this thread.

How do I access the chat room?

This is very simple. Go to one of the links provided for you. Once you click on the
link it will bring you to the Login Screen.

If this is your first attempt to signing into the chat you’ll have to create an account.
To do so all you have to do is click on the link that says, “Create a new user account”

The “Create a new user account” will ask you to pick a “Username” and “Password”
(Note: It’s a good idea to use the same name you use for the Forum that way it’s easier
for others to identify you) Fill out the rest of the steps that follow and you’ll have created
a user account. Use it to sign on to the chat room from here on out.

Check Who's Chatting Feature

This should be pretty explanatory. The link below the chat room link that says “Check Who’s Chatting”
lets you see who’s all in the chat before you enter. I find this to be great feature to see if anyone
is in there or not. If no one is there the screen will be all BLACK. This way you don’t have to go
through the hassle of signing into the chat to then find out that no one is there. Just click the link
and it will tell you who is there.

Trouble Shooting

[ X ] If you ever try and enter the chat and you get a blank screen it could be
black or gray and boxes with a red X. Before you do anything else go to www.Java.com
and make sure you have the newest Java update. If you continue to have problems please let me know.
If you find that you have any problems with the chat room you can PM me. I'm very good with my PM's
and I'll get back to you one way or another that day or the day after.
