Gordon Gordon Wyatt is back! WOO HOO! Love this character!

While chatting with "Bones" creator Hart Hanson at the FOX TCA party, he spilled that Booth and Brennan's original psychiatrist will be making a return appearance to the show.

"[Stephen Fry (Gordon Gordon Wyatt)] seems to be available, so we're going to try and get him for episode ten," Hart told us. "It may be [for] the Christmas show....if it's the Christmas show, he's the perfect guy to come back."

Last time Gordon Gordon showed up on "Bones," he informed Sweets that either Booth or Brennan was very aware of their romantic feelings for their partner, but wouldn't tell him which one. He also helped Booth, Brennan and Sweets bond over their childhood traumas.

Wonder what kind of magic he'll be cooking up this time.

Bones: David Boreanaz Hints on "Pretty Sexual Scene"

bones-booth-sexual.jpgWhen Bones returns for its fifth season, things will be a lot different for Booth (David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel). With Booth still struggling to recover from his brain injury, it's as if their relationship is back to ground zero. However, that doesn't mean that the sexual tension between these two characters is off the table.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello, David Boreanaz teases about how a simple plumbing scene ended up to be something very sexual.

"I forgot to do the plumbing in my house so I realize that I have to get a book How to Plumb for Dummies. So in the beginning of the show we're walking to a crime scene and she says 'Well you're so verse in plumbing you should probably do it yourself' and I said 'I can't do it myself because of this whole coma thing and now I have to get a book for dummies'. It was a very adorable and endearing moment the two of us had talking about books for dummies and we were right back to the give-and-take of our relationship pretty easily," Boreanaz said of how the scene first started.

"We ended up under the sink and there was water spraying all over us," the Bones star said of this fall's can't-miss scene. "It was pretty sexual."

OK so Booth and Brennan didn't exactly do it in the kitchen. But at least fans are left with the possibility that something could still spark amidst this whole brain injury ordeal, right?

"We have sex in our minds every episode. You guys just don't physically see it," Boreanaz teased. "It's really going on between the two characters. If you guys can only imagine what we're really thinking when we're working, it's crazy."

Fans can catch Bones' fifth season beginning Thursday, September 17 on FOX.

A little more Bones scoop and clarification for me anyway on the season finale. I was a bit confused by the storyline and this helps clear it up.


'Bones' revelations

At the same party, Buffalo native Stephen Nathan, a writer- producer on "Bones," revealed some plans for the Fox hit that co-stars Buffalo native David Boreanaz and Emily Deschanel.

The series picks up where it left off last season with Booth's (Boreanaz) recovery from brain surgery appearing to draw him and Brennan (Deschannel) closer.

"In a way, we're resetting the template for the series and the Booth and Brennan relationship," said Nathan, "knowing that they both share this secret -- her writing a book about them being together and him having this fantasy that they were together."

In the season finale, Brennan was writing a novel that had her and Booth running a nightclub while they were married and she was pregnant. Booth, meanwhile, was hallucinating. Her novel and his fantasy were played out on the show.

"That was her book, but it was also his fantasy," said Nathan. "So they shared this thing. We're starting out the season with Booth kind of recovering from that and going back to work and the two of them joining forces again but also having this new piece of information that they both are keeping to themselves.

"Their relationship is a bit more charged ... And the secondary characters are going to have a bit more importance than they have in the past."

And what does he mean by a "bit more charged?" "There is a bit more sexual tension between them and we'll kind of explore that."

Hot Bones Sex Scoop, Promotional Photo

So much for Angela's self-imposed celibacy.

The Bones character will give in to temptation early next season, and the lucky individual she'll get into bed with is someone with whom viewers are familiar.

Actress Michaela Conlin describes her new sex partner as "hot," while adding that she heard about her character's upcoming bedroom dalliance from Bones creator Hart Hanson at a recent Fox party.

"I didn't expect that. It's been six months for Angela," Conlin told TV Guide Magazine, referring to Angela's previous relationship with Roxie.

This time, Hanson confirms, her partner will be male. So start placing your bets, readers:

Will it be Hodgins? Jared Booth? Someone else?

Meanwhile, Conlin and her co-stars recently posed for a season five promotional photo (below). The Fox hit returns, with a slightly off-kilter Seeley Booth, on September 17.

Episode 5.1 Harbingers in the Fountain

So they're not going with a long coma story. That's great news. I loved the playfulness of the promo. Loved the line with Booth saying, I love you...you know, in an atta girl way. Funny stuff.

I agree Kev - a long drawn out coma would have been a total bummer. It's the banter btw Booth and Bones that makes the show and it doesn't work if its just Bones talking at a comatose Booth.

Will you accept a "hopefully?" We heard the same thing about the lovely Zooey Deschanel, so we asked sister Emily at Comic-Con, and she told us this: "We've been trying to get her on. We haven't figured that out yet. She's a very busy person." Added Bones show runner Hart Hanson, "We've actually written parts that she can do, and then it doesn't work out. We'll just keep trying."
